Reservations and payment
A credit card number is required to hold a reservation.
Due to the high cost of processing credit cards, we prefer final payment in cash or check, but will also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We can direct you to a cash machine nearby.

Minimum stays

April through October (Peak Season)

Two-night minimum on weekends.

(Friday/Saturday)

Holiday weekends

Three-night minimum on the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Buffalo Bill Days and Labor Day.

Cancellations
Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date are subject to a charge equal to 1/2 night stay plus applicable taxes
Holiday weekend cancellations (including Buffalo Bill Days) within 1 week of reservation date are subject to a charge equal to 1 night stay plus applicable taxes
Cancellations are not accepted by e-mail

$10 additional fee for late check-out (Late check-out availability not guaranteed)

Pets: Sorry, we have a no-pet policy.
No bikes in rooms (on site bike storage is available)
Daytime visitors of our guests must register at the office. $4.00 per person fee. (Sorry, the use of our showers are for our guests only)
